Career Path

Q: Describe your career path. How did you get into what you do now?
A: My love of math led me to get a degree in accounting. I started my accounting career at a small firm to get my bearings in the industry before accepting a position at Wright Tree Service of Canada (WTSCA).

Q: Explain your position. Describe your role with the company.
A: I am an accounts receivable team supervisor, while also providing ongoing assistance to the controller.

Q: What is your favourite part about your job / working for the company?
A: I like working with numbers and solving the problems that come across my desk.

Q: What are you most passionate about professionally? What excites you most about your work?
A: The people I have met in the workplace have made my time at WTSCA enjoyable. I like the daily challenges that arise and the camaraderie that my coworkers provide.

Q: Who has played an influential part during your time with the company & why?
A: My whole team has contributed to my career growth and comfort within the company. It is a pleasure to learn from others and be able to contribute to their work experience as well.

Hobbies, Interests & Influences

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
A:  In the winter I like to snowboard. During the summer months, I like longboarding, paddle boarding and camping. Lazy days are filled with watching documentaries and reality TV shows.

Q: Who is the most influential person in your life?
A: My parents.

Q: What’s something about you that not many people know?
A: I learned how to ride a motorcycle so I can save myself from stranger danger!
