Career Path

Q: Describe your career path. How did you get into what you do now?
A: Before working at ArborCare®, I worked for another landscaping company. I was recruited to work at ArborCare and started out part-time in the winters doing snow removal and working in the shop.

Q: Explain your position. Describe your role with the company.
A: I am currently working as a crane truck operator. I am onsite for the large tree removals that require a crane truck. I also help with planting jobs when large trees need to be hoisted with the crane truck.

Q: What is your favourite part about your job / working for the company?
A: I like working on large removals and bigger jobs. The excitement and challenges they bring make my job fun.

Q: What are you most passionate about professionally? What excites you most about your work?
A: The challenges with each job excite me and keep the job interesting. Every job is different and brings its own challenges. Working on large removals and using the crane truck for the big trees is the best and super exciting!

Hobbies, Interests & Influences

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
A:  I enjoy camping and being outside. My favourite outdoor activities are hunting, fishing and working on vehicles.

Q: Do you and/or your family have a favourite tradition?
A: Easter and Christmas dinner.

Q: What’s something about you that not many people know?
A: I just turned 54 but still look like a 24-year-old!
